Mold Assessments
If you recently had a plumbing leak, roof problem, or notice a distinct musty odor, it may be in your best interest to have a thorough mold inspection. Mold can begin to grow immediately following a significant leak or water intrusion. If it is not remediated or cleaned properly it can become a health hazard for anyone occupying the space.
Mold Assessment Reports
The main goal of Roberts Environmental is to educate our clients on mold and the potential hazards and risks associated with exposure.
We provide clear reports, within 1-2 business days. We use various sampling methods and specialized tools to determine the source of the mold and the extent of the contamination. These reports consist of a full remediation plan with precise instructions where remediation is necessary. Included with every report are the sample results. The lab reports include the types of mold identified in the samples, along with organism descriptions of all fungi identified.
Roberts Environmental, along with their inspectors, are fully licensed and insured. Our inspectors also receive ongoing classroom training.
There is no conflict of interest when Roberts Environmental Corp is involved. We provide mold inspections, however, we do not perform remediation services, which means that our results are accurate and unbiased. In the State of New York, it is illegal to perform mold remediation and assessments on the same project, therefore two separate companies must be hired.
As a family owned business, we take great pride in the services we provide. Give us a call to see how we can tailor our services to you.
