Roberts Environmental is a professional environmental testing firm that has performed over 5,000 inspections in the Long Island community. Since inception, many homeowners, corporations, medical centers, schools and property managers have put their trust in Roberts Environmental to determine any environmental hazards and provide testing.
Our responsibilities only include the testing and consulting services, meaning we do not perform remediation. This allows our clients to receive a high-quality and unbiased report. If necessary, we include recommendations in our reports on how to handle mold or asbestos removal. We also provide helpful information to prevent any mold situation from returning. We always encourage our clients to hire a licensed professional for any mold or asbestos work they wish to remediate. Proper handling of hazardous material is vital, and can be the difference between a successful and unsuccessful remediation.

Roberts Environmental is licensed by the State of New York to provide: mold inspections (including post-remediation assessments), asbestos inspections, and lead-based paint inspections. We also test for volatile organic compounds (VOCs), formaldehyde, radon, dust characterization and allergens.
Mold inspections include a thorough assessment of the home or business, in conjunction with sampling to determine the presence of mold, whether it is visible or hidden.
Asbestos inspections are performed in homes or businesses that may have been damaged, pre-demolition or prior to renovations which may disturb asbestos containing material.
All of our inspectors are licensed and insured. Rest assured knowing that all of our inspectors maintain their licenses with continued education courses.
